| Yesterday we had our rabbit, Kingsley, put down. He had been sick for about a month, and various tests and treatments had not had any effect. He lost a lot of weight, dropping from 7 to 5 pounds. Finally, the vet determined that he had a congenital kidney disease, which was incurable. He was 6 months old. | | |
| Fluorescent lighting is my arch-rival. I will seek to destroy it wherever I find it, and prevent it from taking root like the weed/cancer/infestation/crime against humanity/soul-sucking abomination that it is. That is all. | | |

| I have begun Calculus 1142 (Short Calculus) at the University of Minnesota. I am applying to master's programs in architecture this winter, and if I am accepted, I will need to have taken at least one college calculus course and one physics course before I begin. So it's calculus this semester, physics next. So far we are only reviewing. I am not completely at sea...yet. But I am on the second question of homework and I already have to call my dad for help. (Negative powers! I wish I had negative powers.) It could be a long semester. | | |
